I think the nemesis of working tech support for a major high-speed ISP has got to be DSLReports. I swear…..all they do is gripe, moan, bitch, whine, bark, and complain how the big bad company is “out to get them” and think up revenge tactics to try and “get back at them”. I mean, come on! What did those schmendricks do before there WAS any such thing as high-speed internet? I bet they were even complaining about their 300 baud modems saying they only got 290 and wanted free stuff from their BBS sites! People have gotten to be SO petty that if you don’t bow down and kiss their ass, they will unleash the wrath of the heavens upon you.
I’m sorry, but the customer is NOT always right, so let’s just throw that old outdated motto straight into the poop chute, shall we? Do I sound bitter? Nahhhh…just tired of hearing people cuss ME out for things that are outside of my control. Come on! Don’t shoot the farking messenger! Perhaps that’s why I get paid as well as I do….so that way I can afford the psychiatric treatments that keep me sane week after week listening to their drivel.
