Well, I just found out that they’re doing it to us again. They are stripping people out of the chat & E-mail queues to be set back on the phones again, which grates my nerves to no discernable end. People just don’t seem to understand that I hate listening to people with their whiny little voices bitching about how their service sucks and our company is “out to get them” (see my rant about this little issue). I’m still wishing I could find a job that pays as well as I get nowadays, but I doubt I’ll find such a golden egg without sacrificing the chicken first. I think after dealing with customer service jobs for 15+ plus years, I’m getting a little tired of it and want something better. Some of my friends are being made fun of on an anti-company site that I found, so I might launch a protest against the website provider and see about getting them to take it down. It’s a chicken-crap maneuver, and not very tastefully done either. I won’t provide a link here, as I’m not going to give them any free publicity – which is what I’m sure that person wants anyway.
